Congratulations!

You are taking the first step to learning a live saving skill that you can use anywhere to save the life of family, friends, or even strangers. Every year, 475,000 people die from cardiac arrest in the United States. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest.

During this class you will learn Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children and infants,  how to use an Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and how to help someone who is choking. For more information visit American Heart Association‘s website.

Lindsey Volunteer Fire Department is hosting two classes as part of proactive approach to making our community safer. The class if FREE. However, if you would like to receive a certification card through the American Heart Association, there is an administrative cost of $20. The certification will be valid for two years. Payment will be due at the class.
