Once a ticket has been purchased, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of any kind, for any reason. In the event of a controversy, the raffle committee will rule. The decision of the raffle committee shall be final.

Reverse Raffle

Tickets will be drawn from a drum, one at a time, beginning at 7:30PM. The ticket number will be recorded, then announced, and recorded a second time. The owner of the ticket is the person to whom the ticket was originally sold.

Reverse raffle winners will be mailed a check to the address used when the ticket was purchased. The check will be made payable to the ticket owner. Checks that have not been cashed within 90 days of the date shown on the check will be VOIDED and NOT reissued. 

Side Raffle Items

For each ticket purchased, the committee will assign a number to the name of the person who purchased the ticket. The committee will select the sequence in which the side raffle items will be drawn. The winning number will be selected using a Google random number generator (https://www.google.com/search?q=random+number).

Once the number has been selected, the committee will identify the name of the person with the corresponding number from the preassigned number list.

All side raffle winners will be notified using the email address and the primary phone number provided. The winners will then have 48 hours, from the first contact attempt, to contact the LVFD Inc. representative to confirm information. If winner DOES NOT contact the LVFD Inc. representative within 48 hours of first notification, the winner WILL NOT receive the prize. By purchasing a ticket for this raffle, you will be added to our email list.

Side raffle prize winners will be contacted by a LVFD Inc. representative and will have 30 DAYS to make arrangements to either pick-up their prize or have their prize shipped. If the winner DOES NOT make arrangements for pick-up or shipment of the prize, to the satisfaction of LVFD Inc., LVFD Inc. reserves the right to not award the prize.

If you choose not to pick-up the prize in person, you will be responsible to pay for any shipping fees. LVFD Inc. WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipment.
